Spice up your talent with cookery classes by Chef Marcel Ravin at Las Brisas restaurant.

 

For the eighth consecutive year, Chef Marcel Ravin and his team at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort are offering cooking and pastry-making courses from October to April called “Spice Up Your Talent”.

During this class, Marcel Ravin will take you from “One Rock to Another”! Discover the basics of Creole cuisine and bring the best out of Caribbean products under the expert eye of the chef from Martinique.

Wednesday, 4 January – “Teens’ Class” (aged 12 to 18): 

A teens-only class at last! You are in for a surprise once you get back home… A fun and sociable cooking class to learn some culinary basics. From 15:00, the budding chefs will be busy preparing, but at 18:00, they’ll tuck into a well-deserved finger food aperitif! Day ends at 19:00

Friday 13 January - “Basket-Based”
Since Marcel Ravin has had a 356-m² vegetable garden in the grounds of the Monte-Carlo Bay, he harvest brings a surprise every single day! You’ll also be surprised by what nature will treat us to on 13 January… Based on a basket of surprises, the Chef will let you in on his tips and ideas for cooking a delicious meal!
