The summer restaurant Las Brisas, located between the sea and the lagoon, is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway lunch. 

In an idyllic setting, Las Brisas is the best place for barbecues and summer salads. A holiday scent wafts through the terrace and lifts our spirits.

Summer dining

  • Every Thursday from 7 July to 25 August, enjoy summer dining at Las Brisas! Experience our traditional “Summer Dining” with the theme “Do Brasil“. Journey to Brazil on the terrace of the restaurant, where Michelin-star chef Marcel Ravin will prepare a menu of specialities from Latin America, near his native Caribbean. And of course there will be music and entertainment to “festejar” Brazilian style!
