Inspired by his origins and travels, Marcel Ravin creates dishes where Barbagiuan, caviar, manioc and truffle all dance together harmoniously on the same plate.

Originally from the French West Indies, Ravin shares his love for creative cuisine, innovative cuisine, inspired by local Mediterranean and exotic Caribbean flavours.
